Fall Half Marathon Training
The time has come to start fall half marathon training. I am still chasing my sub 2 hour half marathon goal. My plan to start where I am now and get faster each week. Hopefully my hard work will pay off when I run Rock 'n' Roll Savannah half marathon in November. This summer, I worked in the evenings so my workouts did not work out as I planned.
I am excited about fall training since I will be the captain for 12 min/mile group. Since this is not the pace I plan to run for the race, I plan to get a midweek long run in to make sure I can maintain the pace for sub 2 goal.
