The 2015 Total Runner Challenge is to encourage new and seasoned runners to be at their best for 2015. Whether your goal is to run your first 5k or marathon, the challenge will help you on the journey to accomplishing it. This year long challenge will focus on three areas: running (of course), nutrition, and strength training. Every month you will have three challenges to complete. Two of the challenges will be from the program and third will be one that you set for yourself. You will showcase the completion of your goal on Twitter and Facebook.
