Today was the soggiest race I have ever ran. It rained all 13.1 miles. While I didn't meet my goal of finishing under 2 hours, I still PRed for the race. Next year I hope to take on the marathon (I am not sure why I signed up that madness). This year I am taking my recovery more seriously by resting and taking yoga. I went to yoga later that day and it was best way to stretch out sore muscles.
