I am going into week three of healing from a femoral stress fracture and I have been getting a lot of miles on the bike and in the pool. All this biking and swimming got me thinking, could I do an Ironman? Well, maybe a half or quarter Ironman might be the first steps. While I wish I could wake up and get back to my regularly scheduled Dopey Challenge racing plan, I am grateful that I can do some exercises. While biking is ok, swimming is more work than I thought. If I do decide to go for a tri, I wil need to take swimming lessons. Also a waterproof watch will be on my wishlist.
