Training for Rock 'n' Roll Savannah with Gatorade Endurance

My sub 2 half marathon goal is in full swing. Thankfully, this season I will be fueling and hydrating with Gatorade Endurance. I have loved Gatorade Endurance ever since I was introduced to it during the 2016 New York City Marathon. My best memory of the marathon was the Gatorade Endurance water stops at each mile. 

 

I also love Gatorade Endurance gels because they have the consistency of water, which makes them easy to take during runs. Gels that have the consistency of jelly are difficult to stomach and they stick to my teeth during runs. They also require a lot of water to wash the taste from my mouth. 

 

Currently, my training is a work in progress. I am focusing on quality training time where I push myself to pick up the pace. I am also monitoring my sleep and diet. I am getting faster and stronger everyday and can't wait to keep working toward the goal. Less than 3 months until race day.
