I am finally off the injury reserve list. I went to the podiatrist today to get my Achilles examined. Thankfully I do not have nodules and it isn't about to snap. I did learn that my hip flexors and calves are tight. He gave me some really good exercises to use with my foam roller. I just joined LA Fitness and I will be strengthening those areas. You don't realize how good it feels to be well until you are sick. I am back and ready to run the Jeff Galloway Half on Sunday.
