This year Rock 'n' Roll offered a virtual race for a low price. This is my 5th virtual race this year. Since I had to sit out Rock 'n' Roll Savannah this was redemption (well sort of...). Since Dopey is next week, I decided to run a 5k. For the first time in my pace rebuilding practice I ran a sub 12 min/mile average pace. I enjoyed the leisure of the race and can't wait until I receive my guitar medal. Each run gives more confidence in running at Disney next week.
