NYC Marathon Training: Week 2

Last week was week 2 of training for the NYC marathon. I returned from FL on Tuesday, so I am now starting to settle into my training schedule. I altered my plan and did my long run (11 miles) on Saturday and took Sunday off. My running group and I had a fun run to Grant Park doing 30:30 intervals. The intervals were great for conserving energy, but just when the running was good, we had to stop. I don't think this is my ideal interval, so I will keep trying different ones until the temps drop so I can just run. On to week 3...
