NYC Training Week 7
Since my weekday runs are pretty much the same, I will just focus on my long runs for marathon training. Week 7 fell during the annual Running Nerds 20k Relay. I was the anchor leg and my team did well. Since we were a 4 person team, I only ran a 5k. My plan was to run on Sunday, but it was just too hot. I am not overly concerned about taking a bit of break this week. I really needed it and I cannot wait for the weather to break so there are more options for running. Well on to Week 8.
