Today is the first day of 2019. This year brings another year of setting and smashing goals. I have two goals for 2019.
Goal 1: Run a sub 2 half marathon. I have plenty of opportunities to achieve this goal. My first attempt will be at the Publix half marathon on March 17.
I have a lot of work to do to get my time under 2 hours. I am committed to training and eating well to meet the goal.
Goal 2: Run uninjured
I just want to run without injuries. I plan to take yoga and take rest days.
