Fall is FINALLY here in ATL. This year, we have had the most brutal hot weather, so fall is a welcomed relief. As I prepare to pull out my fall wardrobe, I also can't forget my gear to keep my head and ears warm. The BUFF® Tech Fleece headband (https://buffusa.com/) is a nice addition to my fall fashion line up. I am an avid BUFF® fan, so I was excited to try their cold weather headband.

The BUFF® Tech Fleece headband is made for cold weather. It is made primarily from polyester and provides both thermal insulation and wicks away sweat. The headband provides plenty of coverage on your scalp and even holds back your hair.

I wore the headband for my weekly 5k runs and Saturday's Atlanta Track Club long half marathon training runs. The headband fit comfortable on my head, didn't slip, and prevented sweat from getting in my eyes. Thankfully, it wasn't super cold, but it helped to keep my head warm during our long run. It also didn't feel uncomfortable when the weather warmed up during the run. As a bonus it matched my outfit.

Since the cold weather is here to stay for a few more months, I plan to continue wearing the BUFF® Tech Fleece headband during my runs. I love BUFF® so I am grateful to be able to this headband to my collection.
