December Training: A much needed break

For December, I am going to take a short a break from half marathon training. I have been running most of the year (minus the time I was down for my fractured foot) and I decided to take a much needed break to rest before I resume training in January. I rarely have time to just walk some of my running routes and enjoy the scenery. I also want to get more in the habit of doing strength training. I am going to keep my normal running days and I am just going to walk instead. Here's to a restful December.
