Now that I have stable internet, I can catch up on yesterday's Memory Monday. This week's Memory Monday is dedicated to the 2015 Peachtree Road Race. This race was the messiest Peachtree I have even run. It was raining and the back of the pack was delayed due to lightning (it started lightning when I was at mile 4 so I continued on the finish). Unexpectedly I ran a sub 60 and I was so grateful to be done.
This year I will be running the virtual Peachtree Road on Thanksgiving. I am going to miss the sprinklers and crowds, but I will take the cooler weather instead.
