Today's Memory Monday is dedicated to the 2016 Montgomery Marathon. This race was special to me because it was first (and last) time pacing a marathon. I was the 6:45 marathon pacer. The race had less than 200 participants and it was quite lonely at the back of the pack. After running through Montgomery and the military base, I made it to the finish right on time. The race even had breakfast for the finishers.
