Our 11 mile training run for the Thanksgiving Half Marathon this morning was soooo cold. The temperature was in the 40s and wind was fierce. I had on 3 shirts and I was still cold. The route was beautiful. I ran the by the home of the president of Emory University and it looks like a castle. Overall it was a challenge, as only ATL can be for running. Now its time for my 4 day break so I can rest for the Rock 'n' Roll Savannah Marathon. Rest easy all.
