After 8 weeks of no running, I received news today that my femur has healed. Thankfully, my stress fracture was caught early and I complied with doctor's orders. My plan is to power walk and do intervals until I work my way back to running 10 min/miles. I am beyond grateful to be back on my feet. I plan to reorganize my running life. I do too much and this year was a breaking point (no pun intended). Disney here I come!!!
