Sun during your run? BUFF® to the rescue!

In Atlanta we happily chant about the hills, heat, and humidity (3H's) that the city is known for. We even have shirts that proudly display the 3 H's. While the 3H's help to define the city's character, they can make a run difficult when all three are in full effect. This summer the heat and humidity are competing to see which one can scorch ATL the fastest and hottest.

One item I have to battle the heat is the UV half BUFF® (www.buffusa.com). The BUFF® can block 95% of UV radiation to protect your skin from the sun's damaging rays. It comes in a variety of colors to match any color aesthetic and can be worn in 13 different ways.

My favorite use of the BUFF® during my runs is as headband to protect my face and scalp. I also like to use as a sweat grabber for 5k runs, but for longer runs I prefer to use the full BUFF® because it has more surface area for collecting sweat.

Overall, I like using UV half BUFF® for my summer running adventures.
