After a 3 year hiatus I ran the KP Corporate 5k with Team USG on 9/7. Team USG was composed of the University System of Georgia Employees. This was my second race of the week and I was excited to be back. The last time I ran the KP Corporate 5k it was held at Turner Field. This year it was held at the Georgia World Congress Center. The course was classic Atlanta. I ran with my heart and not with my head and posted another great time (33:50). Who knows, I might be on to something... Until next year's race.
