On Saturday September 15th I ran the 3rd Annual Humana 5K. This is a tune up for the Rock 'n' Roll Savannah races. This is my third year running the race. The race has great logistics for packet pickup, a normal ATL course, and a really nice medal for a 5k. In the past the race was free, but this year it was $5 to support the Atlanta Food Bank.
