Karma, the principle of cause and effect, is one thing everyone should always consider.I truly believe that the Golden Rule doesn't fail. One way to remember to live a life of good karma is to wear Karma Rings (https://karmarings.com). Karma rings are non porous, metal-free silicone rings. The rings are designed to be worn during workouts. The rings are available in 2 color sets for women and sizes 5-8. I tested the pearl white set. The set includes a pearl white base and three interchangeable rings: bluish pink, champagne mauve, and lavender. The rings are assembled on the base as shown in the picture. They can be worn as wedding or fashion rings.

As an extra layer of cuteness, the rings arrived packaged in a protective cute metal tin case.

Practicing Good Karma

Since I rarely wear rings, I used the rings to symbolize different karma principles on my runs. The rings were comfortable and it was fun reflecting on the karma principles. The rings have a secure fit and were easy to interchange with the base. While the base adds an extra secure fit, the rings can be worn without it. I was not training for a long distance race, so the longest distance I wore them for was 4 miles. I had no issues with the rings and hardly noticed that I was wearing them during my runs.

The verdict

I plan to wear the lavender ring as a reminder of my inner strength, especially when times get tough. I will wear the bluish pink ring as a reminder to appreciate the beauty of nature, including people, plants, and animals. The champaign mauve ring as a reminder to appreciate the lessons and blessings life has to offer.
