While summer officially started a few weeks ago, it has been hot for months here. In ATL summertime also means protecting your skin from damaging UV radiation. One of my favorite UV protection running products for years has been BUFF (https://www.buffusa.com/) headwear.

The CoolNet UV+ BUFF is a multifunctional headband that offers UV protection during your activities. It is lightweight and there are 12 ways to wear the head band. I usually don't think about UV protection for my scalp since I have so much hair. It is great to have something to protect my hair and forehead.

I wore the BUFF as both a headband and a sweat grabber on my hand for my weekly runs and for training for the Peachtree Road Race. I love this product because it is easy to use, matches my tights, and washes clean all the time (even when I leave it in my hot car for a few days). I definitely plan to wear this this BUFF for my runs. It will be nice addition to my existing BUFF collection.
