2021 Savannah Bridge Double Pump Race

Updated: Dec 6, 2021

Hills build character is one my favorite running quotes. This year I will be building plenty of character by running the 2021 Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run-Double Pump Race on December 4, 2021. This race takes participants over the iconic Tallmadge Bridge 1, 2, or 3 times depending on the distance you choose. There are three races: 5k, 10k, and 15k. The 5k is one trip over the bridge, while the 10k is two. You probably guessed it, the 15k is three trips over the bridge. The 5k and 10k are separate races, and the 15k is both races. The 15k is known as the Double Pump Race.

This year is really special for racers because the Double Pump finishers will earn THREE medals! That is super exciting. In the past, the Double Pump finishers only earned the race medal. Three medals will make each trip across the bridge worth every step.
