It's hard to believe that August is nearly over. I know I didn't post much in August because I have been primarily focused on preparing for a new semester (#professorlife) and training for fall races. My main focus is the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon, which is on Oct 8. This month, I have been completing my Garmin training plan and adding Peloton strength/yoga workouts. So far training has been going well and I am getting excited as race day approaches.
My goal for September is get back to posting regularly and continuing training for my upcoming fall races. I have three races, Big Peach Sizzler (9/5), Urban Bourbon Half Marathon (10/8), and the Savannah Bridge Run Double Pump Race (12/5).
