Fall is slowly approaching. Eventually the heat and humidity will hibernate so the cooler fall temperatures will return. It's time to build my fall race schedule. This fall bring a mixture of virtual and in-person races. As of today, here is the fall lineup. I am sure more will be added as time progresses.
August
This month I am running the Asics Falmouth At Home Race Edition 8 mile virtual race. The race takes place August 12-19, 2023. The 8 miles can completed all at once over the span of the race days. I am running the race through my routes in my neighborhood.

I am taking the 50 states running challenge to Mississippi for the Beach-2- Bayou at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Half Marathon on 12/10/23. I am looking forward to the beach and seafood. I am aiming for a sub 2 hour finish. Half marathon training kicks off on Aug 8.
