January 2022 is here. After running 500 miles in 2020, I am ready to tackle another year of running. I have started this year off by returning to half marathon training after taking a much needed break for the last week of December.
This year I have 3 main goals that I am going to focus on this year. These are my 2022 goals.
Run a sub 2 half marathon at the Rock 'n' Roll Savannah race in November.
Complete at least one Peloton workouts per week. At least of the workouts will be strength workouts.
Lose 30 pounds by Rock 'n' Roll Savannah so I can run faster and be healthier overall.
My goals are exciting, but I know they can be done. They are going to take consistency and being intentional each day. What are your plans for 2022.
