It's hard to believe that August is here. We are 8 months into 2021 and time seems to be flying by quickly. By usual standards, this summer has been quite mild and August has not been that bad for running. My plans for August is restart my half marathon training plan to prepare for the Savannah Women's Half Marathon. I also have to balance my training with returning back to in-person teaching. Thankfully, I have afternoon and evening classes so I can still continue my morning training sessions. I think my training will be faster than my previous attempt since I know what to expect.
