Hello July

I will be training for the Detroit Free Press half marathon during July (use code BIBRAVEDET20 to save 10% on registration). As of today, the half marathon is still scheduled for October 18th. I chose the international race, which will take us through Canada. If the race continues as scheduled, I am going to take a stab at my sub 2 hr goal.


I am using a Garmin half marathon plan that I am integrating it into my Atlanta Track Club training schedule. I also have a set of weights so I can continue strength training since I have paused my gym members. I hope I will be running sub 11 by the end of the month. I plan to master my week progression run workouts. Wish me luck.
