Hello June

June is here. I am proud that for the past 3 months I have increased my mileage and improved my pace. For June I am wrapping my Garmin 10k training program. This program has been instrumental in helping to train myself. This pandemic has taught me that I don't spend enough time on my own training. Thankfully, I have followed my Garmin training plan (I didn't skip any workouts so far) each week. The different workout are amazing and I looking forward to continue training for half marathon training.

Half marathon training will start on the third week of June. I am preparing for the Derby mini marathon that is scheduled for August 22. I plan to keep working toward my sub 2 goal and keep pushing to improve my pace and endurance.
