Hello October!

October is here. The weather has been so amazing. I just started another cycle of half marathon training using a Garmin virtual plan. My plan for October are to complete all my training runs, especially my Saturday long runs since how the weather is more bearable. I hope to run low 11s/high 10s pace. I am slowly prepping to run my virtual half marathons and December physical races.
