Hello September!

September is here! The year is slowly moving along. For this month, I plan to continue half marathon training. Since the weather is cooling down, I plan to run my virtual half marathons in October. I am going to use September to run longer since summer was too hot to run beyond 4 miles.

My endurance has continue to improve each week. Along with half marathon training, I am also a Run Lead for the virtual Peachtree Road Race. I am going to wrap that 10k training in with half marathon training.

Happy training and running to everyone. Use running as therapy when the stress gets too high and when you just need to challenge yourself.
