It's March and I am finally settling back into my running routine. I am starting back at the 10k with my Garmin virtual coach Greg. I am excited about doing strides, progression runs, and long runs. This will be great way to build up my stamina and endurance.
I did my benchmark run and it went well. I ran a 10:50 min/mile for the running portion of the the benchmark run. The starting pace is great place to start.
My plan for this month is to continue running so I can prepare Peachtree Road Race and the Missoula Virtual Races in June.
