May was a phenomenal running month. I was blessed to have spring weather for most of the month. I visited FL for a week and half and got a taste of summer (heat and its favorite sidekick humidity). This month I ran 45.3 miles. I completed each weekly Garmin workout and my pace is slowly improving. I plan to continue with 10k training in June and then switch over to half marathon training. The Derby half is scheduled for August. Hopefully the race is still a go.
