Today I ran the Wonder Woman Virtual 5k to earn a medal for Medal Monday. I ran the 5k as part of my Garmin half marathon training plan. I received my swag (bib, finish line tape, headband, jacket, and medal) quickly after registering 2 weeks ago, right in time for the race today. I used my easy run workout to complete the 5k. I finished the race, with a few extra steps, in 40:53. I had a post-race breakfast at Chick Fil A. It was a great Medal Monday!
