Today's Memory Monday is dedicated to the 2019 Atlanta Track Club DeKalb 4 Miler race. This race is one of my favorites since the start (and finish) line are a mile from my house. I have run the race several times in the past. This race was special because I ran with MJ and Ms. Pat. Ms. Pat, one of my favorite running buddies, retired and moved to FL a few years ago. She came back to ATL for the weekend and ran the race with us. Hopefully I will be able to run the race again in the future.
