September is here and half way over. Thankfully the temperature has lowered and I am in the midst of half marathon training. I am using the same virtual Garmin training plan that I used in the summer and this time around is a 100% better than my first attempt. The training is 13 weeks and I am currently in Week 5 with a race time goal of 2:14:00. I plan to continue this training plan and progressively shorten the time goal with each round until I reach a sub 2 hour finishing time.
